  2. Provide a description of the issue, clear photos of the product, close-up photo of the shipping label. and a photo of the packaging slip
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Conditions:

  1. All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from 420 Weed Bud EU.
  4. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
