- Provide a description of the issue, clear photos of the product, close-up photo of the shipping label. and a photo of the packaging slip
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Conditions:
- All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from 420 Weed Bud EU.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
